Kim Winter
Administrative Coordinator
(413) 442-7047 Ext. 42
Background:

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Studying and learning about people and social groups has always been interesting to me. I began working with people with disabilities when I started working at AdLib 12 years ago.

How did you get involved in the Independent Living Movement?

When I started to work at AdLib I found it rewarding to help people advocate for themselves, their lives, and their health. Information is power, and sharing information with people so they can achieve their goals and have their needs met is something I am grateful to be a part of.

Fun Fact:
  • I am a proud mom of an 8 year old
  • My favorite movie, year-round, is Home Alone.
  • I love the beach.
Something that may surprise you about me:

I know one Polish lullaby.
